ORUX, LLC uses SMS messaging to send attendance-related notifications for recreational sports teams.

How consent is obtained

Individuals receive messages only after being added to a team roster by a team organizer or captain and providing their mobile phone number for attendance coordination purposes.

By providing their phone number and participating on a team roster, users consent to receive SMS messages related to:

• Game reminders

• Attendance confirmations

• Roster-related updates

Messages are informational only and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by team and schedule, but is typically limited to:

• One attendance prompt per game

• Optional confirmation or status updates

Opt-out instructions

Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the user is re-added and re-consents.
